Shipping policy

Outside EU

For shipping outside the EU (European Union) we charge 30,00 EUR.

Shipping costs are incurred regardless of the value of goods.

For furniture and goods that are sent by freight forwarding or bulky goods, we charge a flat rate of 120,00 EUR.

The delivery is insured by DHL or a forwarding agency.  
The shipping costs for any returns must be paid by the buyer. 

For deliveries outside the EU, further customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. We recommend that you check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing your order. 

If you would like to order from another country, which may not be offered by us, please send us your request and you will receive our offer, including shipping costs.

Attention Switzerland!

Swiss Citizens should note that the return and exchange of goods from Switzerland is extremly difficult and expensive due to customs and tax regulations. Refund of the duty and the import sales tax that has already been paid on the imported goods is subject to a very tedious and complex procedure. It may only be refunded after deducting fees. A relevant extract of our General Terms and Coditions concerning this subject: For customers outside the EU all prices are to be understood as net prices. The delivery address is decisive. Any value- added tax [VAT] payable in the recipient country in accordance with statutory provisions shall be paid as an additional amount upon receipt of the goods. Import duties, if any, shall also be paid by the Buyer upon receipt of the goods.
